Expressions of interest in writing CIRIA guidance
Working with our members and the wider industry, we have delivered over 1,000 collaborative projects, providing authoritative and independent guidance and helping to solve common industry challenges. Our varied programme of research projects encourages industry collaboration and helps improve the quality, efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety of the  built and natural environment. 

Projects are written by author teams who are selected competitively on the basis of their:
• knowledge and experience of the topic 
• track record in producing guidance 

Each projects is steered by an industry working group and each report draft is reviewed and discussed by this group.  Read quotes from industry practitioners who have been involved in CIRIA's collaborative projects.






The proposals listed below are at an advanced stage of fundraising and the selection process to appoint a research contractor will begin soon. If you would like to express an interest in being considered as an author for any of these projects, contact the CIRIA project manager concerned.
