Join us for the launch of new CIRIA and BOS guidance ‘The management of intellectual property (IP) specifically relating to MMC/offsite‘ which will be published later this year.
The launch is taking place at the Offsite Summit co-hosted by BUILDOFFSITE at Offsite Expo.
Background
Developed in collaboration with Beale & Co, specialist construction lawyers, this guidance will provide comprehensive insights into effective IP management within the construction sector.
- Equip all parties with the knowledge to manage IP in ways that maximize value, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and deliver carbon benefits.
- Acknowledge the valuable contributions from BOS members during the 2023 workshops focused on designers, product manufacturers, and client organisations.

A call for case study proposals
If you have a product, system, platform or project that you would like to propose as a candidate for inclusion in the reports, please contact Nigel Fraser indicating which project the case study would be relevant to. Selection of case studies will be determined by the editor in consultation with the relevant project’s Advisory Group. The aim is to include examples across a range of sectors.
