Background
The construction sector is undergoing rapid transformation as organisations exploit new technologies, innovations and techniques. While policy continues to be a key driver, COVID-19 is proving an accelerator. Collaboration and a concerted industry effort are needed to capitalise on this potential; not only for built environment and asset management outcomes, but for wider society and the economy to reap the benefits.

This conference will consider the recent advances in good practice and performance improvement and explore the industry’s response to global trends, challenges and opportunities through illustrative case studies. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss what changes the industry needs to make, and what technology and innovations it should adopt and develop to modernise the ecosystem.
