Soilfix keeps soil on-site by improving nutrient quality

The client required 5000 tonnes of topsoil for new residential allotments at their housing development. Unfortunately, the existing nutrient values of soils were determined as ‘sub optimal’ and required improvement to enable plant growth. Following trials and full-scale implementation this project achieved about £180k cost savings (disposal and re-import) and prevented over 500 HGV movements on/off-site.
