Soil health attracting more government attention

The President of the BSSS, Dr Jack Hannam, and the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Commons Select Committee met on Tuesday 7 March 2023 to discuss soil health. Following a BSSS evidence paper, the panel agreed, among other things, that the UK should follow in the footsteps of nations such as Australia by setting a soil strategy.
