CIRIA is seeking an Events Co-ordinator and a Member Services Co-ordinator.
The Events Co-ordinator will play a key role in the organisation, supporting the delivery of benefits to CIRIA memberships, networks and communities, and supporting wider corporate, commercial, membership and research activities.
The scope of the role includes: event coordination, management, administration, and customer service. The Event Co-ordinator will support the Head of Events and wider Marketing and Membership team in developing and delivering activities across all of CIRIA’s networks. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day delivery of CIRIA Events (online and in person) and will be based both from home and in the CIRIA Offices as required.
The Member Services Co-Ordinator is a key part of team delivering CIRIA’s services to members and expanding customer base. In particular, the postholder ensures that all Membership and customer service processes run smoothly, while supporting the wider team in the delivering CIRIA’s training programme. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day delivery of customer service and will be based both from home and in the CIRIA Offices as required.
