The wait is almost over. On 28 February CIRIA will announce the details of the 2017 the BIG Biodiversity Challenge and Awards.
Now in its 4th year, the Challenge celebrates biodiversity enhancements that have been initiated and carried out by the construction industry and invites leaders from across construction, infrastructure, transport, retail and Government to ‘do one thing’ for biodiversity. Since 2013, the Challenge has gained huge momentum as levels of engagement and understanding of biodiversity across the industry has increased. Last year saw an impressive 155 entries received across eight award categories,with organisations demonstrating how their projects are helping to strengthen biodiversity across the UK.
