BIG Biodiversity Challenge and Awards 2021
CIRIA’s BIG Biodiversity Challenge is back and open for entry submissions after a year’s hiatus. Since 2013 the Challenge has invited the construction industry to add biodiversity enhancements to construction sites, developments or existing buildings, regardless of size, and whether permanent or temporary with the best enhancements gaining recognition at the award ceremony. With 700+ project case studies received since 2013, the Challenge has gained momentum and popularity.
The recent launch webinars brought together clients, consultants, contractors, house builders, ecologists, landscape architects as well our 2019 award winners who outlined their winning projects, highlighting how any biodiversity enhancement, big or small, can make a BIG difference.
Getting involved in the Challenge and Awards is easy. Simply choose your award category and
submit
your entry,
sponsor
an award category and join us on social media @bigbiodiversity using the hashtags #BIGChallenge, #BIGAwards and #DoOneThing.
