How to get more out of building on small brownfield sites

This event explores opportunities that construction professionals currently have on small brownfield sites and how they can utilised these better.

Background

Building on brownfield sites has been high on the government’s agenda for many years.  There are many incentives available for the development of small sites. CIRIA published A guide to small brownfield sites and land contamination C773 (2018) over a year ago.  This webinar will look at the impact it has had, if any, especially for busy SMEs.  We will look at how best to utilise the opportunities and work more efficiently on brownfield projects.  Finally asking the question how can we do better?
