CIRIA welcomes O'Keefe to Membership

CIRIA is pleased to announce that O’Keefe has joined its growing membership base.

The O’Keefe Group is a civil engineering contracting business providing a range of services to public, private, and residential sectors of the construction industry predominantly in London and the South East.  Founded in 1970 as a small groundworks company, the O’Keefe Group has grown to become a £75 million integrated engineering business recognised as an expert in its fields.

Lee Horsley MD of O’Keefe had this to say, “We’re pleased to announce that the O’Keefe Group have recently become members of CIRIA - the Construction Industry Research and Information Association.  This membership will enable us to become involved in discussions regarding raising industry standards, best practice and improving the knowledge of our teams.  Being a member of CIRIA affords our management to become more informed regarding industry advances, interact with other construction stakeholder groups, develop themselves professionally and work toward being industry leaders in our sector.  We hope this will further underpin our core values of Safety primarily, quality of our end product and programme certainty for our clients.”

CIRIA’s members come from all construction stakeholder groups and cover both the supply and demand side of the industry, as well as the public sector, regulators and academia.  Membership is made up of organisations of all sizes.  In the year since we launched our MICRO membership for organisations with a turnover of up to £20m for contractors, or up to 50 staff for consultancies, we have welcomed 11 smaller organisations into membership, ranging from specialist environmental consultancies to suppliers and manufacturers entering the UK market.
