Programme times

Introduction
The facilities management (FM) function is responsible for complying with a range of environmental laws, however compliance should be seen as a bare minimum. Environmental good practice (EGP) goes beyond compliance, to preventing negative impacts of operating the building or site, minimising the risk of potential negative impacts, and achieving positive impacts where possible. The built environment and its occupation and use affects the natural environment. generating a number of environmental impacts.

This one day course has been developed to complement new CIRIA guidance Environmental good practice in facilities management(C797). 

Who should attend?
Facilities managers; FM senior decision makers; Building maintenance staff and any individual(s) responsible for delivering facilities management irrespective of job description.
