B£ST is a free tool that provides a structured approach to evaluating a wide range of benefits from blue-green infrastructure (particularly SuDS and natural flood management) often based upon the overall performance of the chosen intervention. It follows a simple structure, commencing with screening and qualitative assessment to identify the benefits to evaluate further. Where feasible, it provides support to help quantify and monetise the potential benefits and can help underpin collaborative working.

On completion of the evaluation, the tool provides a series of graphs and chart to present the benefits based on ecosystem services (ESS) and triple bottom line (TBL) criteria
