Background
Environmental issues arise throughout a construction project. People working in construction have to be aware of their environmental obligations and the benefits that good practice will bring at every stage from the initial feasibility studies to design, construction planning and actual works. Mismanagement of water on construction sites can lead not only to environmental damage but to serious legal and economic consequences.
