LACL was established in 2002 to help local authority officers address their responsibilities and duties involving land contamination and to encourage good practice in the redevelopment of Brownfield sites.

About LACL

LACL provides:

  • the opportunity to network with other local authorities, consultants, contractors, clients and regulators
  • up-to-date information about legislation and policy changes
  • help managing technical, legal and financial risk associated with brownfield sites.
