I confirm that my organisation wishes to become a member of the Construction Productivitiy Network and will authorise payment of the annual subscription on receipt of a pro forma invoice.

	Corporate Members	£825 + VAT
	*Small Company Members and Local Authorities**	£350 + VAT
	Academic Members	£350 + VAT
	Corresponding Members**	£185 + VAT
	Sole practitioner***	£120 + VAT

* Company with a turnover of less than £1M or with less than 10 staff

** Corresponding membership benefit is receipt of free CPN workshop notes only and does not include free attendance at CPN workshops

***Only applies to sole practitioners/companies where there is one active person/employee in the organisation. Sole Practitioner Membership benefits of free admission to all CPN workshops and receipt of all workshop reports whether attended or not, will only be extended to the named practitioner. Where there is more than one person/employee in the organization, the full rate of £310 plus VAT will apply.
