Maximising value through collaborative partnering

This workshop will give an overview of contractual incentives and working relationships, illustrating how different forms of contract can inhibit or promote efficiencies. There will also be presentations from practitioners who will share their experience of different collaborative contracts.

Who should attend?

Those who wish to:

• learn how the form of contract can inhibit or promote efficiencies in construction and other major projects
• hear practical examples of different collaborative contracts
• share experience and learn from others.
