CIRIA gives members many opportunities to meet potential clients, network
with peers, and influence government and its agencies.
We hold a range of conferences, seminars and workshops to help people implement
CIRIA's guidance in their businesses. These stimulating and rewarding events
also contribute to individuals’ CPD. Some workshops are available only
to Core members.
CIRIA runs two formal networks: the Construction Industry Environmental Forum and the Construction Productivity Network. Core members are automatically members of both networks. Each network has over 180 participating members and runs about 35 workshops a year across the UK. Core members have free access to these workshops.

Industry Environmental Forum The CIEF is the leading forum for sustainable construction issues in the
UK. It aims to improve the environmental and sustainability performance of
all those interested in construction.
It is managed by CIRIA in association with BRE and BSRIA with support from
the DTI through Constructing Excellence.

Productivity NetworkThe mission of the CPN is to deliver leading-edge thinking and improvement opportunities in the construction industry. Operating as part of Constructing Excellence, the CPN is managed by CIRIA and supported by the DTI.
