Confirmation of your booking will be sent out by CIRIA two weeks prior to the event. If you have not received confirmation from our events team prior to the event, please contact them on 0207 549 3300 to confirm your booking

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be received in writing by 6 October 2008 for a refund minus a £75.00 administration charge. For cancellations received after this date no refund will be given but substitute delegates are welcome by notifying CIRIA

Cancellation of exhibition space after 6 October 2008 will be subject to a £125 administration charge with the balance refunded. No refund will be given for cancellations received after this date unless CIRIA sell the space again

CIRIA reserves the right to alter the programme and to cancel the event in case of insufficient bookings. If we cancel the event, delegates will be advised immediately and fees refunded in full. Please note CIRIA cannot be held responsible for any travel and hotel cancellation changes

Payment:
All payments must accompany this form in order to guarantee a place at the conference. Cheques should be made payable to CIRIA. A VAT invoice will be issued on request (click here to print out a paper copy of the workshop flyer)

All exhibition stand spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis and must be guaranteed by full payment on request
