Description: CIRIA’s Project Toolkit can help you achieve the benefits of offsite. It provides guidance on the concept and how to realise the benefits of off-site production through appropriate application. It helps project teams understand the need for early involvement of all members of the project team and early design decisions, and develop a strategy to optimise and measure the benefits in relation to key project drivers and constraints. This new version of the Project Toolkit has been revised to provide improved functionality. It also includes 150 examples to provide a starting point for those new to off-site production for construction.
