Description: This workshop provided a rounded view from ‘’users’’ of the performance process from the client, constructor and Panagraph perspectives and identified other potential applications. It also provided insight to why the Audit Commission views Sheffield’s approach as an example of positive practice and is included in one of their key ‘’efficiency packs’’ launched in 2006.
