This free breakfast briefing, in association with Buildoffsite and the British Parking Association, launches the Buildoffsite report supported by BAA - A guide to specifying system build car parks.

An overview of the guide will be given followed by a case study of one of the available car park options. The guide to specifying system build car parks produced by Buildoffsite aims to set out the types of options available to meet various car parking or storage needs. It also describes when in the design process to consider the procurement options, and to what level of design projects are taken to before detailed requests for information are sent out or tenders issued. By doing so, opportunities for efficiencies will be identified leading to reduction in project wastage (both in terms of design time and cost).
