The focus of the seminar will be on the need for leadership in sustainability at both a sector level and organisational level. Delegates will hear from Crispin Burridge, Marks and Spencer, and Ramon Arratia, InterfaceFLOR, who outside the construction sector have achieved success through integrating sustainability into their core business strategies.

Crispin and Ramon will highlight some of the lessons learnt and how the principles of these initiatives are relevant to construction. They will also get a chance to explore what successful leadership in sustainability means for them and where the opportunities are.
