Designing for exceedance enables better management of local flood risk and surface water by creating safe and resilient flood routes, temporary storage areas and making use of other measures to reduce the impact of flooding.

  • presenting a literature review that outlines the contemporary thinking in the UK and overseas for designing for exceedance
  • providing presentation materials and associated videos to support deliver.
